Transportation Requests

Submitting a request does not automatically confirm transportation. A Bee Safe representative will review the request.

Transportation is confirmed only when Bee Safe communicates confirmation directly to the requester or facility.

Passengers should be ready at the confirmed pickup time. Delays may affect scheduling.

Wait-time policies will be shared during confirmation.

Cancellation and no-show terms will be shared during confirmation. Final policies pending approval.

Payment arrangements depend on the trip and requester. Contact Bee Safe to discuss options.

Facility billing arrangements are handled through partnership agreements.

Schedule changes are subject to driver and vehicle availability.

Transportation may be affected by weather or traffic conditions beyond our control.

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and staff with respect.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

Service animals are welcome. Please share details during the request process.

Companion riders may be included when reviewed during confirmation.

Passengers traveling with personal oxygen equipment must indicate this during the request.

Bariatric requests are reviewed individually based on passenger needs and fleet availability.

Bee Safe Transportation does not provide emergency transportation. Call 911 for emergencies.
